Aspect offers a really useful and dependable service. I’ve been in a few times over the years to get photocopies or colour printouts, or pick up a card or a pen – and have always had a good experience. Yesterday I went in with a more complicated job and Mahesh was amazingly helpful, patient and calm. First there was the challenge of getting 15 individual PDFs off my Mac and onto his PC. Then Mahesh had to open each one individually to print them, while serving other customers seamlessly. He guillotined all the prints for me. And finally he looked through his store for a special pen I needed. He did it all with a smile and a sense of humour. Amazing service.
